The schedules in excel format contained all photographers routes and schedules over the season in one sheet with multiple tabs, making the information hard to find.When consulting with the photographers, information such as where to go or who to contact, when to upload was also stored in multiple documents and were inaccessible to download or gain access to when the internet was unavailable.
By creating an app, all content and information is available offline, stored as an icon on the phone, enabling it to be easily accessible and to navigate by the photographers. By only showing their schedules, as an overview and day view, with key information highlighted and being accessible, streamlined multiple documents into one.
